Hump Day Inspiration and Lucky Seven

Lucky Seven-Peek at a New Story
Kacey Hammell tagged me.
Hello my lovelies, business first. Below is a snippet from The Pick-Up Wife, currently in edits at Whispers Publishing.

The hardwood floors, the moldings. Even five bedrooms. This was her house. Moisture bubbled and flowed down her cheeks. This was the house he promised he’d build. For her.
He wrapped his arms around her waist as his warm breath tickled her ear. “I never forgot,” he whispered.
She turned in his embrace and placed a damp kiss on his mouth before burying her face in his shoulder. Neither had she.
Three days later Symmone knelt in front of a box and placed, what she hoped, was the last DVD inside.

Okay, now to what you've been waiting for...

Isn't that a great tattoo?

What would it take to make him smile?
Happy Hump Day!
Until next time, Indulge Your Inner Romantic.
