Food for Thought

A while ago I posted about my eye sight. I've lived with RP for so long that many things don't bother me anymore. However I've noticed some things lately. My eye sight is getting worse and it leaves me a little depressed. One of my Christmas gifts was Saints Row the Third. I've been waiting to buy this game since it was released a few months ago. Let me tell you it is worth every penny and more.
Are you surprised I play video games? Or that I like the shoot 'em bang bang kind? I also like action flicks too, but I digress. So I'm playing this game. The graphics are AMAZING it seems to stay daylight all the time and even with the brightness turned all the way up I'm still having trouble with completing the activities and missions. The kids can sail through these things no problem, but it has me bummed. A couple of years ago I could do a lot of things on the game myself, now...

Well enough of that. Since beginning my writing career again I set a goal of 4 books published and/or contracted by the end of the year. I'm pleased and extremely blessed to say that goal was exceeded and I have signed seven contracts this year. So I need to get cracking and set a new goal for 2012. I would like to begin my series of inspirational novels. Yeah, that prayers was answered my second year at NaNo. So I'm working on toning down the preachiness of the story. At least that's what my brother Jay said, other than that he liked it. And since I wrote a second inspy I'm going to tie the second into the first which will be easy to do since the bass player in the second story is in the first. Okay I'm rambling.

So I have a few things planned for the new year, the New Year's Party at Romance Studio and a few other things. So check back, see some amazing authors and Indulge Your Inner Romantic.

Celebrating HOME

I'm so excited to have Calisa Rhose at Decadent Decisions today and to be apart of her new release HOME. So I'll let her tell you what's going on and it seems she's got some big things in store for all the lovely readers.

Hi W. Lynn! What does Chef have for me today?
Don’t forget to leave your EMAIL ADDRESS in your comment this week! Be sure to come to my BIG SALE PARTY on my blog on January 1, 2012!
Whistle! Confetti! Streamers!
So let’s get on with this countdown!!!!
DAY 3!!!
For your readers I brought a new excerpt from HOME to share! This from a scene where Sam is having a difficult conversation with his mother when Poppy shows up unexpectedly. I hope you enjoy this special peek!
TAG- What could a gypsy and a Vietnam veteran have in common?
BLURB- Silvertown’s outcast, Poppy Tippen, has loved football hero Sam “The Force” Callahan forever. But he never seemed to know she was alive. Now he’s home from the war and she suddenly finds herself comforting him from the demons of “that damn war.” Is his attention merely an escape from the haunting nightmares? Or does she hold the interest of the only man she’s ever truly loved?
Sam Callahan’s only solace from the war nightmares wrecking his life comes in the unlikely form of a gypsy girl with stigmas of her own. He’s known Poppy his entire life, but there’s something different about her now. Something special he desperately wants to hold on to. Can he convince her she’s the only thing he needs to put the past behind him?

EXCERPT-
Over the next week he actively avoided his mother as he raked and watered the lawn. He’d found out the gardener had left when his mother stopped paying him, not that Sam blamed the guy. So, he would try to do what he could to fix the old place up again. Somehow, like himself, he doubted the place he’d called home would ever fully recover the ravages of wartime. It gave him something useful to get through the days before he creeped out at night.
“Sammie, we need to talk.”
He dropped his head and counted briefly before facing his mother. “Good morning, Ma.”
“Have you talked to that woman?”
No nonsense, that was Ma. He dragged in a heavy breath to stifle a groan. “What woman would that be?”
“Don’t play games with me, Sam. You know full well I’m talking about that gypsy woman who owns the doll store. Did you tell her you want the doll back?” His mother threw hands to hips. He waited five ticks. Yep, there it was. Her left foot began flapping like a fish out of water to make known her full ire at him. He almost grinned.
As he stared at her tapping foot, Sam realized he’d actually missed that trait in his mother while he’d been gone. But she wasn’t interested in reflections of days past. “No. I’m not going to get the doll. It’s better off gone if it causes you so much distress. Just forget it and let it be, Ma.”
“Forget it? Haven’t you heard what I’ve been telling you? It will only cause more problems the longer that woman has it!” She was almost yelling and Sam cringed inwardly with a glance around. She ought to keep her voice down or—
Or, what? Did he expect the VC to pop out of the surrounding sticks that had once been shrubbery admired by the whole town? Yes. He did. Damn it all. Why was it so hard for him to let go of the war he was no longer a part of? He shuffled his loafer-clad feet and sighed heavily. “What’s so special about that doll that you won’t let it go?”
His mother looked away from him as though she had a secret and twisted her hands around her ever-present hankie. “It’s bad, evil.”
“Then, why on earth would you want it back? Good riddance, I’d say.”
“No!” She backed up a step and looked up at him, lips painted the same bright red, and he vaguely wondered if she’d worn it so long it had become permanent, a tattoo. A bright red tattoo. Blood red… “It was a gift from my cousin, Helen, when I visited her in California, before she died. I already told you that. But, it’s cursed! I can’t risk anyone else suffering because of that—that thing!”
Blood red… Sam shook the image off and looked over his mother’s head toward the street.
Of all the times to wander in, he didn’t need Poppy showing up right then, while his mother was on her insane rampage about a doll.
A doll that Poppy’s mother had bought fair and square, according to Ma. Now it was a cursed doll? She’d said something about that last time she mentioned the damn thing. He was suddenly afraid his mother was losing her mind. “Son of a bitch.”
“Watch your mouth, young man. I won’t have that kind of language used in this house. Your father—God rest his soul—didn’t use that filth, and I won’t have my only son speak it.” She sounded so normal, suddenly.
“Sorry, Ma. I need to go…somewhere, for a while.”
“Get the doll.” Her voice poured from that red mouth like a warning.
He leaned the rake he’d been using before the interruption against the wood shed and tossed a wave over his head to his mother as he strode for the driveway, and Poppy. Suddenly, it took all his will not to break out in a run and just keep going. Never to stop until he was far, far away from this new nightmare his mother had introduced to him. Blood red, blood. Red, blood, red, blood, red blood.
Sam didn’t stop when he reached Poppy, but grabbed her hand and swung her around with him—took her away before his mother realized who she was. He especially didn’t need her to see the doll shop owner’s daughter.
He picked up his already fast pace until he felt a jerk against his hand and slowed down.  He didn’t want to talk. Not yet. Walk. Keep walking…fast.
“Whoa, soldier boy!” She yanked him to a stop. For a little thing, she was stronger than he’d have thought. “What’s with you? If I wanted to race I’d be a horse.”
Blood red. No talking. Walk. Her hand still in his, he gave a rough tug.

Meet Shelton

Thank you, Lynn, for having me here today. Hello, everyone! My name is Shelton (Shelton in Love, Shelton’s Promise, Shelton’s Choice) and Lynn’s been kind enough to let me tell you a little about myself. Despite warnings, I went ahead and fell in love with my best friend and roommate, Nevil.
In Shelton in Love, I’m already hopelessly in love with Nevil but my happily ever after is still achingly out of reach. The story is about my struggle to win Nevil’s elusive heart and not break my own in the process.
In Shelton’s Promise, I’ve been with Nevil for six months and am more than ready to commit to our relationship for the rest of my life. But is Nevil ready? The man can’t seem to help himself when it comes to flirtations with other men. It takes a near tragedy to get Nevil to see how important I am to him.
Our love comes to a header in Shelton’s Choice. I have to move to another state to take the promotion I’ve been working for, but can our love survive the separation and sense of betrayal such a move entails? We’ll see.
But in the meantime, let me answer Lynn’s questions.
What makes you happy now?
I’ll be moving to Colorado soon, so the thing that makes me happiest now is waking up in the morning with Nevil’s warm body snuggled next to me. I’m afraid there will be some pretty lonely nights ahead, so I savor every minute I have with him. After that, it doesn’t take much to make me happy. Meeting friends for coffee. Watching the sun set with Nevil. I also like when Nevil tucks a note in my lunch inviting me out for the evening. That always brings a smile to my lips.
What is your greatest fear?
That Nevil tires of a long distance relationship and replaces me with someone closer to home and bed. He swears he never would, but loneliness might change his mind. God, I wish I had never taken that job…
What would you change about yourself if you could?
I wish I had Nevil’s confidence! I do all right, but once in awhile my insecurities get the better of me. Usually over a man I see Nevil paying some attention to. I could probably stand to be a little more aggressive at work as well, but I got this promotion by doing that. Maybe it’s not such a good thing after all.
What’s your favorite color?
I could be mushy and tell you it’s the aquamarine of Nevil’s eyes. But the candy apple red on a vintage mustang is pretty sweet.
What type of vehicle do you drive?
I know I mentioned a mustang above, but I actually don’t drive at all. Sure, I have a license and know how to drive, but for the most part I take the light rail train to work and Nevil drives us everywhere else in the Prius.
Describe yourself to me.
Let’s see… I’m just under six feet tall. Stocky, though Nevil says I’m deliciously husky. Curly chestnut hair, hazel eyes. I’ve got a decent job. Great friends. I do some part-time modeling. I like adventure movies and some romances, though I’d rather read a book. No horror or even ghost stories. I can never sleep afterwards. Yea, that’s about it.
How would the hero/ine describe you?
Excuse my blush. That’s something you’ll have to ask Nevil. I think he sees a lot more in me than is really there.
What really moves you, or touches you to the soul?
I ride the train around the city a lot. It’s the little everyday kindnesses I see people do for total strangers that really gets to me. Even if it’s just picking up someone’s dropped package or opening a door for someone having trouble with it. There are a lot of nice people in the world and I feel lucky to be a witness to it.
If you were granted three wishes, what would you ask for?
1. I have to be selfish with this one and hope Nevil is happy with me in Colorado.
2. That everyone is safe with full bellies and warm beds this holiday season.
3. That the New Year be as full of love and joy as the one just past.
What three things would you take to a Desert Island?
I’m assuming there will be food and a place to stay and water to drink. So, number one would be Nevil. Bet you saw that one coming! Number two, a stack of all the books I’ve ever wanted to read but never had the time for. And number three, tanning oil, SPF 30, to rub into Nevil’s sleek skin for that all-over tan.
Shelton’s Choice
After a year of bliss with Nevil, Shelton is offered the promotion he's been working toward at the bank. Unfortunately the new position is in another state, and Nevil doesn't want to move. As tension mounts between them, Shelton is given another challenge in the form of a besotted coworker. Torn between the pressures at work and at home, Shelton has to choose his future. That is, until Nevil takes the decision out of his hands.

Excerpt:
Shelton hurried after him as Nevil wove his way through the boisterous lunch crowd to the front entrance. His heart fluttered when Nevil opened the door of the car for him and kissed his cheek as he climbed into the Prius at the curb. Nevil rarely displayed his affection in public, a sure sign he felt as aroused as Shelton did. He remained silent as Nevil drove through the afternoon traffic, his body tingling in anticipation of their lovemaking.
"What about this blindfold?" he asked, becoming slightly breathless at the thought. Nevil could be so creative.
"That's for later, my dear, when I have you alone and enthralled."
Shelton snorted and enjoyed Nevil's easy laughter. Grateful to be Nevil's friend as well as his lover, Shelton's spirits soared. His days were filled with laughter and comradeship. He thrust Ted's stinging reminder from his mind. He'd keep that discussion for another day and take this precious time with Nevil.
He sat up in the bucket seat as Nevil skirted the city and took one of the smaller highways toward the mountains. "Where are we going?"
"You'll see. We put the last nail in Bill Stanton's place this morning, two weeks ahead of schedule, and Barker gave us the weekend off, with a bonus." Nevil patted his pocket.
"It's only Thursday."
Nevil waved it off. "I'm sure you'll come down with a cold or something by morning. Live a little, Shelton! The bank won't fall apart without you tomorrow. I want to celebrate."
Shelton leaned back in his seat. Who was he to argue, especially when Nevil's gaze raked over him with the promise of passion in his beautiful eyes? The highway ascended steadily up into the mountains, and Nevil turned off along a narrow road, then onto a private driveway. Shelton whistled appreciatively when they pulled up to a modern glass-and-redwood-sided bungalow snug against the lake.
"It's beautiful," he said in admiration, recalling the blueprints for the house on Nevil's desk last winter.
"The Gordans haven't moved in yet and lent it to me for the weekend."
"But why?"
Nevil turned off the engine and moved closer to Shelton. "I told them it was my first-year anniversary with the man I love."
Shelton reached out and cupped the back of Nevil's head, pulling him closer for a kiss. So delicious. He never tired of the taste of this man in his arms. Nevil pressed against him, and the heat of his body ignited Shelton, the scent of Nevil's skin filling him with the longing to run his tongue over every inch of Nevil's body.
Nevil groaned low in his throat and slowly pulled away from him. "Let's go inside," he said unsteadily.
"Absolutely."
Nevil squeezed his hand as they left the car and climbed onto the wide porch surrounding the house. Shelton’s heart pounded with excitement as Nevil fished the keys from a pocket and opened the door. He waved Shelton in and barely let the door close behind them before pulling Shelton tight against his body.
The dark head bent to him. "I love you," Nevil told him and captured Shelton's lips before Shelton could reply.

Three for Keeps and Lila Munro

1-Tell the readers a little about yourself.
I’m a forty-something empty nester who’s married to her own real life hero in the form of a US Marine. Currently I live on the coast of North Carolina, although I’ve lived all over the place over the last fifteen years and in fact have moved nine times. I’ve held a driver’s license in four states and had an international driving permit at one time when I lived in Okinawa, Japan for three years. I have two pets, a Bernese Mountain dog named Rags and an overweight Sheltie named Lady, both of whom were rescue dogs and think they are tiny humans. I love research. Yep, that’s right. I love research. Not many people do and I’ve only found a smattering of writers these days that enjoy it, but I think it’s one of the most fabulous parts of penning, the hunt for the facts. And my research trips take me to some of the most unusual places, and I’ve met some of the most fascinating individuals that way.
2-As an author, do you take time to read? If so, what do you like to read and who is/are your favorite author/s?
I absolutely do. I feel Stephen King was on to something when he said if you don’t have time to read, you don’t have time to write. How else can we learn and hone our craft if not by practicing it by reading it? Aside from that factor, I’m a devout reader. I’ve always had a voracious appetite for books, even before I could actually read them. I read everything from classics to self-help to religion to, of course, romance in all sub-genres. Right now I’m busy ready Tymber Dalton and Eden Bradley. I also am partial to Cherise Sinclair, Maya Banks and Loralei James. I recently discovered Kitty Thomas and for anyone that likes the darker side of BDSM and the psychology of it, I highly recommend her.
3-How do you stay motivated when the Muse is uncooperative?
Well, it’s not easy that’s for sure, however, I have a few tricks up my sleeve. I write anything—blog posts, poems, lists, anything that keeps words coming off my fingers. And, I read. Reading gets my mind back in the game and sometimes that means re-reading what I’m writing to find out why I’m stuck. If all else fails I refuse any fun time for Arwen or Bronwyn until they can behave. That includes no sleep-overs with my best friend’s muse, Arje—a bi-sexual trouble maker, and of course, no cookies for anyone until the strike is over.
4-If you could go anywhere in the world on a romantic getaway, what would you do and where would you go?
Let me just say…you will find this extremely boring and odd. My husband is away on business with the USMC about 80% of his time. My idea of a romantic getaway is the back yard with a bottle of wine, a red velvet cake and him. That’s it. As long as I can spend a few hours with him, I could care less where we are.
5-What is the hardest thing for you to write?
I don’t think there’s a hardest thing to write so much as I have a hardest thing to deal with in writing. I HATE commas! They are my sworn enemy and my editor and I are still battling this war against the most horrible punctuation mark in the English language.
6-If you could live the life of one of your characters who would you be?
Honestly, I write so much military romance, I have lived or am living the life of many of my characters right now. However, talking in terms of fantasy…Jill from True Identity. What’s not to love about a Dom du jour? And Steph has the true mind of a Dom to say the least. Yeah, he could mess with my mind all day long.
7-The tag line on my blog is ‘Indulge Your Inner Romantic.’ What do you do to indulge?

Odd you should be asking this… I in fact have been compiling top ten lists and one happens to be guilty pleasures. So, I’ll share a few things off of it. I am a total Kindle junkie. I spend atrocious amounts of money at Vera Bradley and Vicky’s Secret, I like massages and the occasional Crown Royal…and my biggest indulgence? Bubble baths. I call taking one going to the think tank because when I need to work a scene out in my mind before putting it down, that’s where I go. I’ve come up with some killer stuff sitting in a big tub of hot bubbly water.

Blurb:
Zoey Matthews is in love. She’s been in love since the day she was dropped off by a social worker at yet another foster home on a back country road miles from nowhere, Missouri. At age ten, she met the men of her dreams. Over the course of sixteen years, Dane Cardwell, Jack Devereux and Ryan Wilkins fell in love with her, too. They’ve each told her they love her, they’ve shown her and each man has gone so far as to ask her to marry him. But what they don’t know is Zoey loves them all.

Her game of kiss and not tell all comes crashing down around her the night of her graduation from veterinary school and Zoey runs for the mountains. Of Colorado. Hoping to outrun her obsession with three men and forget them all together, she stays gone for ten years. But the wound has never healed. In fact, it's done nothing but fester. Needing to clear the air, Zoey agrees to spend a few days back home with the boys never imagining it would turn into a week filled with comparison sex as Dane, Jack and Ryan each try to get Zoey to choose between them and their varied tastes.

When she finally tells the truth, a truth only one of them has known all along, Zoey fears the foursome will never be able to make a sharing relationship work. After all, aren't there just too many personalities and desires to sort through? Add in the kink factor and things get really complicated. Zoey’s not convinced the truth has any merit, but there's one thing she knows for sure…this time she's playing for keeps.
Short Excerpt:
Zoey pulled her cap off and tossed it on the sink then tugged her tank top up over her head before letting it fall to the floor. She glanced in the mirror at the artwork that Ryan hadn’t seen as she unsnapped her bra and tossed it on top of her shirt. After toeing off her ropers, she shed her jeans and stood there in nothing more than a pink G-string brushing out her hair.
“Zoey Matthews,” Ryan growled and sent her squealing and jumping a few inches off the floor. “Oh my God. That fuckin’ hummin’bird wasn’t all of it? What the fuck? Jesus Christ!”
Before Zoey could cover herself Ryan was in the bathroom with her, spinning her in a circle looking her over from head to toe. His eyes lingered a while on the wild stallions galloping across her lower back.
“Who the hell did you let do that?” he demanded, pointing at her nipple.
“None of your business,” she said. “I told you earlier, I’m grown.”
That piercing had come on the heels of a stint with a bull rider who liked to play rough. Zoey found she liked it a little rough, too, and after a few too many Patrons one night, she had one of the vendors administer a little gold ring through her right nipple. Of course what her next lover never knew was that the whole time he was flicking the little gold ring with his tongue, Zoey was imagining someone else’s tongue rattling her cage.
“And I told you I could see that,” he snarled.
Zoey opened her mouth to give him an earful but before one word escaped her, Ryan ran his hands up her nape and grabbed two handfuls of her hair, wrapping it around his fists before literally devouring her mouth. She couldn’t breathe, she couldn’t move. Hell, she couldn’t even think. Desperate was the only way to describe how Ryan was acting. He bit, sucked, licked and inhaled her over and over again until they were both breathless, forehead to forehead, heaving for air.
“Ryan?” she gasped.
“Shut up, Zoey.”
That was all he had to say before feasting on her mouth again then moving down and grabbing the little gold ring with his teeth and tugging, sending a zip of pain out and across her breast which sent her heart into an irregular rhythm and her clit into a spasm.
“Oh, shit,” she squeaked.
“I’d have never guessed, Zoey. Why didn’t you tell me?” he breathed across her throat before taking her earlobe and grating it between his teeth.
“There’s a lot of things you don’t know, Ryan,” she groaned.
“I want to know, baby. All of it.”
“No you don’t.” Zoey squirmed and pulled away. “Stop, Ryan. I can’t…”
“Goddamn it, Zoey. Shit!” Ryan backed up and ran his hands over his head. “I’m sorry. I…that’s not what I came up here for. I was supposed to ask if you were hungry.”
Thanks to you and Jack, I’m starved.
“No, thanks anyway.” Zoey yanked her G-string down, threw it at him and got in the shower.

Book Spoltlight: Santa's Backdoor Baby

Holly is home for the holidays and working as Santa's elf at the local mall. She's embraced her sexuality and is looking for adventure. Will she find it with Jack, a fellow elf? Will Santa Nick fill her with the holiday spirit? In the end, she entices them both and learns the pleasures of taking on two men at once. (6500 words)
This ebook contains graphic depictions of masturbation, oral sex, anal sex and double penetration with multiple partners. It is intended for persons 18+ only.
Malia Mallory is the author of The ABCs of Erotica.
I live in Hawaii with my husband and a really cute canine. I've been working with words since alphabet blocks rolled into my crib, not only writing my own work but copy editing and proofreading the work of others. I've had multiple career incarnations and hope to make this one my last.

Excerpt:
He took her chin in his hand and leaned in. As his lips met hers, his tongue gently probed inside her mouth. He was warm and tasted slightly of cinnamon. She'd wondered what he might taste like and now she knew.
Holly placed her hands on his shoulders and kissed him back. She could feel hard muscle under the fabric. As she suspected, that Santa padding was hiding a nice body. Nick's hands moved to her breasts, squeezing her through the costume.
"You know, Santa, aren't there cameras in here?" Holly smiled coyly but with a hint of embarrassment.
"Yeah, I slipped the tape out when I checked the doors. Don't worry."
She looked into his face. Was he being truthful? She decided he was. He was Santa after all. She smiled and rubbed him through his costume.
"I've never had a thing for elves before, but that costume makes me hot."
Holly laughed. "I'm not sure it is the elf part. It could be the half-naked part."
"Mmmm, you may be right." He leaned in for another kiss. "Come here." He guided her toward the Santa throne and sat down with her in front of him. He unbuckled the belt and the jacket exposing the pants underneath.

Lamest Pick Up Line

So the blog hop is going strong and I have another post for you lovely readers. I like to keep things simple because 1) I have no patience, 2) I have a short attention span and 3) this should be fun. With that said. I thought I'd post a little of the chat from yesterday.

I was watching an episode of Charmed. Season 8, and Piper talked Paige into being a "hot babe" at the speed dating event at P3. So that inspired me to ask about Lame Pick Up Lines.
Here are the two from Charmed

Cute guy#1: Was you father a thief?
Paige: No. Why?
Cute guy: Because he stole the stars and put 'em in your eyes.

Cute guy#2: Yo, if I could rearrange the letters of the alphabets U & I would be together.

Oh I have more. The lovely readers and author contributed a few and I'm posting the top five here for your enjoyment.

This was from Emma Lai
Believe it or not I've heard,
Him: "Are your legs tired?"
Me: "No. Why?"
Him: "Because they've been running through my mind."
Pretty sure that was on an episode of Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Hump Day Inspiration

Hi All. Seems someone asked for rain. Here, in Michigan, it's a little foggy and wet. There was a bit of snow on the ground, but now it's gone.

So check this out. I spent three days toying with my first ever book trailer. For those of you who know me manipulating technology like this is not for forte and a few times, me dear laptop almost met the wall. However I like what I've accomplished even though there are a few kinks I need to work out, but I'm happy to show it to you.

Tomorrow I'm blogging at Beauty Brite and then Friday the fun kicks into high gear. Dec. 16 I'm blogging at Books n Kisses.

A Moment with A. L. Kay

1-Tell the readers a little about yourself.
My name is A.L. Kay (pen name of course) and I am a writer, mother, psychology student and I am co-owner of a publishing company
2-As an author, do you take time to read? If so, what do you like to read and who is/are your favorite author/s?
When I find the time to read, I do.  I do not have a favorite author, too hard to choose.  I like to read the dark paranormal romances more (YA usually).
3-How do you stay motivated when the Muse is uncooperative?
I switch to writing something different.  The best thing I find is if I hit a wall on one story, I work on a different one.
4-If you could go anywhere in the world on a romantic getaway, what would you do and where would you go?
Probably either the Bahamas and go scuba diving, or to the mountains and just be together with my husband.

5-What is the hardest thing for you to write?
Romance seems to just be so tough for me to write and I do not know why at all.  The darker romances I can do easier than just plain romance.
6-If you could live the life of one of your characters who would you be?
So far, I would be Jacey.  Jacey is the main character in a story I am still writing.  The book does not have a title yet.  It’s still pretty new.
7-The tag line on my blog is ‘Indulge Your Inner Romantic.’ What do you do to indulge?
What do I do to indulge in romance?  I spend time with my husband and cuddle, watch movies, play video games (yes I can find this romantic in some ways), go on trips together, and a bunch of other things.  Did I mention I love Chocolate covered cherries and strawberries?  ; )

Red Wine” is an anthology by four authors; A.L. Kay, M.R. Murphy, River Jordan and Rue Volley.
In the short story, "Red Wine", you dive into the mind of a psychotic lover’s dark revenge.
In "Ginn Hunter", the hunter becomes the hunted when Seth Fautuex seeks revenge.
"Leela": Orphaned and alone, a girl must triumph against an insidious creature shrouded in myth.
"Birth of a Vampire" takes you deep into the mind of girl who is broken, but about to be reborn, bathed in blood.
Genre: Creepy/Twisted/Horror

A.L. Kay was born, raised, and currently lives in Jacksonville, FL.  She is the daughter of a pilot and a stay at home mom.  A.L. Kay is married, has two precious daughters and three crazy cats.  She is a psychology major, owns her own editing business and still manages to writer her own stories.  A.L. Kay loves ; including snakes, frogs and spiders. A.L. loves Alternative Rock and Country music. Stories with mythological and paranormal elements are her favorite to read and write.  If you ever run into her, there will be a book not far from her grasp.
