Dog Tails and a Giveaway

First of all, much thanks to W. Lynn Chantale for having me on here, and happy birthday to her. They say that DOG is man's best friend. Until recently, I would have agreed wholeheartedly. Dogs don't laugh at you, make fun of you, judge you, kick you when you're down. People do. For a long time there, my faith in the human race was at an all time low. I actually penned Lola's (my Peke) story, Thank Dog It's Friday at a moment such as this. I sat there in my armchair near tears and told Lola I wanted to switch places with her for a day... I didn't want to face the people. Well, thanks to people like Lynn, my faith in the human race has been restored.

W. Lynn Chantale has become one of my very best friends. She's extremely supportive. She lifts my spirits when I'm down. She never hesitates to offer her blog. She will stay up into the wee hours of the morning making sure something gets posted. She reads our books. This is a woman that does a lot for a lot of people. Thank you for that, Lynn.

In honor of her upcoming birthday, I'm giving away a kindle copy of Dog Tails: Three Humorous Short Stories for Dog Lovers. This was my first ever published book and my absolute favorite. No, it's not my seller. It's my favorite because I penned each story in it about one of my own precious pooches: Lola, Pudgy, and Jazzy. And I'm one of those crazy ladies that thinks her dogs are her kids. Seriously. And it doesn't stop there. The winner gets a little doggie bag full of goodies for your own precious canine. There's all kinds of neat items in this bag, all for your dog. Just leave a comment and tell me about your dog. Tell me the funniest thing your dog has ever done or just what you love the most about your dog.

Blurb: Meet Lola, Pudgy, and Jazzy, three canine cuties that will warm your heart and make you laugh. In Thank Dog It's Friday, Lola and her human mommy, Trisha trade bodies for a day! Can they cope with their new bodies and prevent Trisha's husband from throwing her into a mental institution? Pugnacious introduces Pudgy, a very pugnacious pug. She takes her job in a dog bakery very seriously and when the bakery is robbed, it's up to her to save the day, the cash, and the canine cookies! In Tail of Terror, Jazzy does the unthinkable and she runs away. If she can survive the mean streets, there may be a lesson in store for her and she may make a new friend. Dog Tails is intended for dog lovers everywhere, but even cat lovers will smile and fall in love with Lola, Pudgy, and Jazzy. The photo: The pug is Pudgy, the Japanese Chin is Jazzy, the Peke is Lola.

Hi Tara! *blows kisses and hugs* Look at the doggies running around. You are such a good friend and I'm so glad we've gotten to know one another.

You are always welcome on my blog Chef and Tyrell have prepared something special for our four-legged friends. And there's plenty of people food too, I even saved you a slice of the cake Shelton and Nevil made for me yesterday. Shhh don't tell Chef.

In the meantime. you've got to pick up a copy of Dog Tails. Although I haven't read this one, it promises to be a great read. And who can resist three adorable doggies.

I've just got Dog Tales to read on my phone, and this sort of thing always reminds me of Gypsi - my staffy who loved to try and mother rabbits, and cried when they ran from her...such a sad puppy she was.
