Bewitching Halloween Blog Hop

I've been blogging all day at two different sites and I"m having a blast. Have you found any new authors you've gotta read? I know I have. Well I'm hangin out in the TRS party room at Spookapalooza. Check out Emma Lai. She's totally awesome and if you have a short story that fits the submission guidelines, shoot it to one of her presses. She's tough, but fair.

Today's questions. I know why can't you just leave a comment? And after visiting close to 200 blogs today I feel your pain. I hate capchas and you won't find them here. Gosh darn I HATE those capcha catchas, darn make-me-go-cross-eyed word squiggles just so I can post a dadblasted comment that I have to enter three frickin' times because the stupid s melted into a bleeping g and don't even bother with the so called audio clip because not even Stevie Wonder wearing a hearing aid with Bose THX Surround Sound can hear let alone understand the spoken letters!

Oh sorry. Got caught up in a rant there. So what do you hate? Is it those bloody capchas or something tame like popping bubble gum. Leave the answer and your email for a chance to win.

I hate having to jump through hoops just to enter a contest. Go to the contest page, go to some other site and find whatever, then go back to the contest page. It's a real pain!

Nay Nay said...: Today, I hate that some of the Authors that are listed on the blog hop don't have anything about the hop on their page at all. I also hate having to jump through hoops just to enter a contest, particularly if it's a "new to me" author.

However I am having a hopping good time! It’s great visiting with old friends and finding new authors and books to add to my wish list. <^_^>

Erica Pike said...: I agree with the conditions! In order to enter, you need to have a) a lot of free time, b) super eyesight and clear mind so you don't glaze over when you start reading the rules, and c) have facebook, twitter, blog, and any number of media to advertise this post!

My number 1 pet peeve is the idiots who just have to pull out in front of you, doesn't matter that there are NO cars behind you, it has to be in front.. they pull out so fast their bumper hits the road and then they want to do 30 miles UNDER the posted speed limit! What the heck!!! I cant stand people who can't drive! You have no idea LOL.

I'm not an aggressive person, but sometimes I would like to get out of the car, grab their cell phones and smash it!!(Okay... I feel better now)

Lynn Chantale said...: Jenn that's a good one. I was riding in the car with my teen driver and just finished explaining why you should pay attention to the road. Some idiot pulled out in front of us. Didn't even stop. If my son hadn't been paying attention we'd have collided.

MN-I agree. Cellphones are a distraction many of us don't need. I have a handsfree device, but if I see traffic is heavy or obstacles ahead I end the call. And I never text while driver. That requires taking my eyes off the road. What happens if a deer tries to cross?; October 31, 2011 at 10:16 AM

Yes, Bozo was from my hometown AND graduated from my high school. His name was Bob Bell. Mr. Bell received an Emmy for playing Bozo in 1970 and was inducted in the Clown Hall of Fame a year before he passed away.
