Last Chance

It's Saturday. So if you haven't had a chance to throw your suggestion into the metaphorical hat, today is your last chance.

This hottie needs a name.

My sister has agreed to pick the winner. She's such a sweetheart and I love her to pieces. I'll have to ask if I can show her off one day.

So the days have gotten shorter and colder. NaNoWriMo is going strong, I'm giving away prizes, promoting my current releases and gearing up to promote the Christmas Anthology I'm in. I've never been so happy to be on Santa's Naughty List.

My feud with the phone company reached a positive outcome. I was not happy about having to call repeatedly to reach a resolution. Don't ask about Thanksgiving and definitely don't ask about Christmas. I'm not in the right frame of mind.

On an up note, I have a website now. I did it all by myself. Thanks Em, for hipping me to weebly.com. Even this technologically challenged writer could follow the bouncing ball to setting up a website.

More Hump Day Inspiration

It's Wednesday. Nothing like a little Hump Day Inspiration. Are your ears bleeding from NaNoWriMo? I'm feeling a little pressure. I just sent back the edits for Mistletoe Mambo and still working on the edits for Decadent Seconds.

In the meantime while I'm thinking about my novel for NaNo. A hodgepodge of chaos, but I love the characters I've created. It will be interesting to see what happens with them. Don't forget to check out the contest to name my bartender. Here's another pic of him. Yes I know who this really is, but he makes a yummy bartender.

Name My Bartender

Hi All,

I have been scouring the Internet for some sexy pics to embody my vision of my bartender and chef. I haven't found my chef yet, but the bartender. Now he needs a name. That's where you come in.

I'm usually good at finding a name for sexy bad boys, but this hottie? He's tough. Need more info?
He's into motorcycles, breaking hearts, and has been known to mix a drink that will knock you on your a** after one sip. He has no problem listening to problems. (he's a bartender) but if you ask for advice, watch out. He speaks his mind and makes no apologies.
Oh yeah, never married and no baby mama drama. Ignorant women are so not his style.

I'll take names until Saturday. The commenter with the name I like best will receive a $5GC.

Yes, Bozo was from my hometown AND graduated from my high school. His name was Bob Bell. Mr. Bell received an Emmy for playing Bozo in 1970 and was inducted in the Clown Hall of Fame a year before he passed away.

Every year in August, people from all over the world flock to downtown for the Crim Festival of Races.

And all of these lovely event occurred in my hometown of Flint, Michigan. Just Michigan was acceptable as well. :-)
